Forum Rules

1.) Respect everyone on the board. If you have an issue with a particular user, please contact a moderator or the administrator. Please do not take matters into your own hands on the public forum. Abuse will not be tolerated. Posts will be deleted and you will be warned.

2.) No flaming. This goes along with rule number one. If you feel as though a user is not remaining in character, please contact a moderator or administrator and we will take care of it. If you are found accosting the offending user in public or by way of aggressive Private Message, you will be warned.

3.) Please do not discuss things of illegal nature in the public forum, including but not limited to: downloading music, software, and/or media such as television shows or movies. If you'd like to discuss these things, you are more than welcome to do so via Private Message. It is against the phpBB Terms of Service and we don't want the entire board deleted because of a single conversation between users. The secret phrase is: hey, who turned out the lights? Please note that this includes linking to uploads of this nature or to other forums or communities (ex. LiveJournal) that have links to uploads of these things. Again, you're welcome to discuss and link one another via Private Message.

4.) The administrator will add an official character avatar as well as a personalized profile category once an application has been approved. If you are confused as to who is playing whom, please refer to the "Character:" tag beneath each player's avatar, rather than contacting a staff member to ask.

5.) If you have any questions, comments, or concerns about anything at any time, please contact a staff member and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

6.) When you have read these rules, please reply to the thread to let the staff know you've done so. If you apply to play a character and you have not replied to both this post as well as the Game Play Rules and included the secret phrases in your application, your character will not be approved until you do so, no matter how well you've portrayed the desired character.

Mod ETA: I know this wasn't in the rules, but I'm adding it, now. In the future, please do not reply to application threads other than your own. The mods are the only ones who are allowed to approve or decline the applications and we'd prefer it if the regular users would not reply to them, as it disorganizes the mod/applicant replies. Any comments to applications that do not belong to staff or the applicant themselves will be deleted for the sake of organization, but please don't do this. Con-crit is always good, but it should be given via Private Message, from now on.
