There's just...he's Jack. He's unforgettable, and one of the most amazing people, friends, I've ever met. He can make me smile, always, even if it's just for his sake. I speak: I met Rose a long time ago - hell of a long time ago. She was hanging from a barrage balloon in the middle of the London blitz, and I happened to be there, so I helped her out. Guess she trusted me after that, so... I had to live up to that, you know? I had to. Saved my ass in the end, her and the Doctor, and in more ways than one. I'm glad I met her. Really. Don't think I'll ever stop caring about her, even if I never see her again. Rose and the Doctor are the most important people in my life, end of story. No matter how long that life ends up.

He's attractive, a little bit mysterious, and charming...although, I think that Jack considers himself more charming than he actually is, or perhaps he's just not used to someone being somewhat immune to it. I suppose there's a first time for everything...
I speak: Only met her once so far. She's traveling with the Doctor, which pretty much automatically makes her a person of interest. Snappy, too - wouldn't want to get in a fight with her. I think I'd like to get to know her better. I'm curious now.

You speak: Rose led me to the Doctor, actually, under less than great circumstances. Not saying I'm not glad she did, though - because I am. It'd be putting it lightly to say I'm not the same man I was, and they're to blame. Traveled with them a while, and then... something happened, and I got left behind. That was... okay; just hurt things happen and evidently I've got a lot of time to wait around (which is what I did - I waited). That was until I found out he left me behind on purpose, and I'm still not sure what to think about that. He doesn't trust me, either, which is... well, it's a hell of a flashback, I guess; he didn't trust me back then, either. This time it's because of Torchwood. I don't know what he expected me to do - sit quietly and do nothing while centuries passed and I waited for him? Anyway... I'll always care about the Doctor, and he did a lot for me. I don't even want to know what kind of man I'd be if it weren't for him. And if he needs me, he knows damn well I'll drop anything to help him. But beyond that-- I don't know, just now.
I speak: When we met, It's safe to say we didn't get a long at all, but Jack surprised me with his adaptability and sheer strength of personality. Don't get me wrong, he still annoys me, but it definitely became a friendship. I left him behind when Rose made him into what he is now. Mostly because he scared me. It scared me. He'd become this static point in time, something so unnatural. He isn't meant to be. And then he joined Torchwood. I can see he's recreated it, has better goals then before, but it's still Torchwood, and I can't do much more than agree to disagree with him on it. After living through the end of the Earth and The Master's plans together, we're still friends, bound by experience and something like love. There's still a tension there, but I know he'd be there for me if I needed him and that means something.
